FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common insurance questions from our patients.

Does Guled Hospital offer cashless treatment?

Yes. Cashless treatment is available for patients covered by our partner insurance companies, TPAs and government schemes. The hospital settles the approved amount directly with the insurer or TPA, so you only pay for items that are not covered by your policy.

How can I check if my insurance is accepted at the hospital?

Check the partner list on this page, or call our insurance desk on 08354-224033 or WhatsApp us on 99805 24031 with your insurer name and policy number. Our team will confirm it for you before admission.

Which documents do I need for cashless admission?

Please bring the following with you:

  • Health insurance card or e-card, and the policy number
  • A valid photo ID (Aadhaar, voter ID, PAN or similar)
  • The doctor's advice or admission note
  • Recent reports and prescriptions related to your illness
  • Scheme card or referral letter, if you are using a government scheme
What is pre-authorisation and how long does it take?

Pre-authorisation is the approval your insurer or TPA gives before cashless treatment starts. Our team sends your documents and the treatment estimate to the insurer. The time taken depends on the insurer and your case, and in emergencies treatment is never delayed while approval is awaited.

What if my claim is not approved or my insurer is not on the list?

You can still receive treatment. If cashless approval is not given, you can pay the bill and claim reimbursement from your insurer. Our team will provide the bills, discharge summary and reports you need for the claim, and will guide you on the next steps.
